Raffle rules, terms, and conditions

• The promoter is Community Learning Center, Inc., 1411 N. Fort Harrison Ave, Clearwater, FL 33755.
• The raffle is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary. Any adult may request one free raffle ticket by entering their information on the raffle page.
• Additional raffle tickets are awarded to people who make a donation.
• By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Extra tickets can be requested by calling (727) 441-4444 with a credit card, in person at Community Learning Center, or on the ticket page once online checkout is restored.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
• Raffle tickets have no cash value.
• Community Learning Center may cancel or amend these terms without notice in the event of catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, an actual or anticipated breach of law, or any other event outside its control. Changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
• Community Learning Center’s decision in respect of all raffle matters is final.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in publicity. Personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection law and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent. See the privacy policy.
• Winners will be posted for at least 30 days after the drawing at clctutoring.com/winners.

• Community Learning Center will randomly select raffle tickets on a date to be announced at the Golf for the Future tournament at Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club, 8001 Cumberland Road, Seminole, FL 33777. Various prizes will be awarded to the holder of the raffle ticket. The date and the prize list are subject to change.
• Closing time for entries is just prior to the drawing. After that time no further entries are permitted.
• Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Community Learning Center and/or its agents.
• You do NOT have to be present to WIN. Winners will be contacted via phone or email. If a winner is not present, they will be notified by email and/or phone (if provided) within 2 days of the drawing.
• All prizes will be awarded. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we may withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
• Community Learning Center will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. Prizes cannot be mailed or delivered.
• Prizes are as stated. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability; we may substitute a prize of equivalent value without notice.
• Prizes are listed on /raffle/.

Community Learning Center is not responsible for inaccurate prize details. Prizes may differ from images used.
